To find Limit of a Function
Description of a limit
If f(x) arbitrarily close to a single number L as ‘x’ approaches ‘c’ from either side (left and right), Limit of f(x) as ‘x’ approaches c = L
\lim _{x\to \:c}\left(f\left(x\right)\right)=L
- Find Limit of the function f(x) = -4x+5 when x approaches 2
\lim _{x\to 2}\left(-4x+5\right)=-4(2)+5=-3
